Default VAT rate setting. It is possible to change the value of VAT in the individual invoice lines during the issue.
In case of activation of the ADDON WP Smart CRM WOOcommerce the VAT rate is the one set in the single product (the value of the default VAT of the products is in any case the value set in this section)
NUMBERING OF DOCUMENTS
It is possible to set prefixes and suffixes to be added to the numbering of invoices and quotations; moreover it is possible to set an initial progressive number from which to start the numbering of invoices and quotations.
ATTENTION: it is not recommended to do this after having already generated invoices as it could generate inconsistencies in the accounting
NOTIFICATION OF “REMINDER” FOR INVOICE PAYMENT
It is possible to set as default a number of days after the invoice expiration date to send notifications. This feature is useful for reminding administrators or selected users to check if the invoice has been paid. The default settings can be changed in the individual document
DOCUMENT HEAD ALIGNMENT
With a simple drag & amp; drop you can change the alignment of the header elements of invoices and quotations: logo and header to the right or left.
PAYMENT METHODS DEFINITIONS
The payment methods are text strings that are reported in the invoice print (eg 30 days bank transfer, 60 days credit card etc) and will be used in the creation of invoices.
If they are associated with an actual number of days (with the second “days” field), this value is used to automatically set the expiration date for invoice payment and to set up related (optional) notifications.

MESSAGES IN INVOICES AND QUOTATIONS
This section allows you to set some standard strings, to be repeated in the printing of invoices and quotations.
In particular: the prefix to be applied to the name of the addressee (Dear…), a free text to put before the automatically generated document, a text to postpone to the document. An example of a text “before” may be the classic “As agreed we send our best offer for the following:”, while an example of text “after” may be “We remain available for each question and we would like to take this opportunity to send you our kindest regards”
